KUDOS Children's Theatre Company and its subsidiaries reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, and/or cancel orders in its discretion, including, without limitation, if KUDOS Children's Theatre Company believes that customer conduct violates applicable law or is harmful to the interests of KUDOS Children's Theatre Company and its subsidiaries.

CONSUMER AGREEMENTS

Class placement is confirmed once tuition is paid for. Tuition must be paid in full at time of registration. Please see each class for rates.

KUDOS reserves the right to combine or cancel classes that do not have minimum enrollment. Faculty, classes, production titles and schedule are subject to change.

PAYMENT AND RETURN POLICY

You may purchase merchandise and pay for class tuition from this Web site by using any one of the payment options listed. KUDOS Children's Theatre Company reserves the right to change its payment procedures at any time without prior notice to you.

There is a strict no refund policy. KUDOS CANNOT offer refunds on classes unless that class was canceled. We do not offer tuition credit. Please be sure that your schedule works before enrolling in any class or production.

Ticket sales are final.
